The French fashion photographer Vincent Flouret, who lives in Paris, just launched a project that people care about. His 6-year-old dog Max is a big part of the “Maxdonna” project, which is a recreation of Madonna’s most famous photos and album covers. After volunteering at L.A. City Shelters, Vincent and his pet, started taking pictures together. But their work got better as time passed, and Max quickly got used to it.
When you look at the pictures, you’ll see why Max is the perfect choice for a model. The happy photographer says his pet is his number one priority.
“For my Max, everything is a game. For example, if I need a hat to shoot with him, I’d buy it about two weeks ahead of time so he can get used to it. So, during the photo shoot, he felt normal and fun. I chose Madonna for this project because she is one of my favorite artists. I’m sure that our project would be a way to honor the artist. When I break from my commercial work, I do this kind of work, which gives me a lot of pleasure.
Vincent said it took him eight months to make the costumes, train, and take the photos for the project.
The best thing about the project is that it helps people. Vincent planned to give the money he made from selling prints of “Maxdonna” to Madonna’s charity Raising Malawi, which helps orphans and other vulnerable children in Malawi.
They were surprised to see that Madonna had also posted the Maxdonna cover of “Like a Virgin” on her Instagram. Let’s play around with the project again. Continue to scroll!
