Her body, she maintains, has improved as a result of her daily workout. She goes to the gym twice a week and goes speed walking four times a week. As a consequence, she steadily upped her workout routine and changed her nutrition. She used to be able to consume a family-sized bag of chips and a large number of cookies, but she continued working on herself.
