If done correctly, panoramic photographs may be amazing, capturing a fantastic vista that extends beyond the range of peripheral vision in one frame. When left to phone-wielding amateurs, though, panoramic photography becomes a twisted, deformed carnival of terror.
Because a panorama is simply a collage of photographs stitched together to look as one enormous panoramic view image, the process of creating one must be done carefully and steadily. It also necessitates that any items captured in the view remain totally stationary, as movement is the source of all epic panorama fails. By the time it all fuses together, if one piece budges even slightly from the position it had in the previous frame, you’re left with nightmare-inducingly humorous photographs.
